With an impressive show in Plaza Machado, the Municipal Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlan, through Spring Season 2019 will celebrate next Monday, April 29, International Day of Dance, an event that will remember the birth of Jorge Noverre , considered the creator of the modern ballet which was born in the year of 1727.

The show will be free for all the public at 7 pm, where there will be more than a hundred dancers with a varied repertoire ranging from neoclassical to the contemporary in a period of approximately 60 minutes.

The Ballet Clásico de Sinaloa company will be on stage, it run the celebration, directed by Maestro Guillermo Carrillo, together with the students of the Mid technical skill of the Municipal School of Classical Ballet under the direction of maestra Zoila Fernández, the Ballet Folklorico directed by maestro Javier Arcadia, and the students of the Professional School of Dance of Mazatlan.

The celebrations of the International Dance Day will also be an important parameter for the students whos will demonstrate what they have learned in their different classrooms, some of them inside the Municipal Arts Center.

To give the festivity a plus, the Delfos Danza Contemporánea Company will be at the Ángela Peralta Theater offering its function called Mangrove at 8:00 p.m.
