In a night full of youthful talent, students of the Municipal School of Classical Ballet will demonstrate with brilliant techniques as well as a great artistic level, what they learned in the Municipal Arts Center, and this weekend they will offer the Mazatlecan public in the Theater Ángela Peralta , “Pipas medias larga”, and “El lago de los cisnes”, in what will be the end of year festival of 2019.
During the magical nights the works will feature the scenography of the Ballet of Monterrey, the artists will wear a renovated costume made by the hands of the Municipal Sewing Workshop, while the direction will be by Maestro Guillermo Carrillo.
For the presentation of the work “Pipas medias negras”, students who attended during the 2018-19 cycle the elementary level will enter the stage, while for the performance of “Swan Lake”, students who are in the average technician level of the career performers will dance, and who will be accompanied by members of the Ballet Clásico Sinaloa company.
Maestra Zoila Fernandez, Artistic Director of the Municipal Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlan, said that in addition to the talent, there will be different surprises on stage, in addition to promising a unique show with high-level artists who are training at the Municipal Center of the Arts.
The function for Saturday, June 15, will start at 8 pm, while on Sunday, the 16th, the emotions will start at 7 pm, to enter these functions the tickets have a cost ranging from 150 to 300 pesos in different locations, and can be purchased at the TAP box office.
