“Jazzeando”: meeting of greats in TAP

On Saturday, August 31 at 8:00 p.m., the Angela Peralta Theater will bring together great representatives of Mexican Jazz at the “Jazzeando: Tribute to Alberto López” concert.
Víctor Patron, an obligatory reference of national jazz, has recorded and accompanied world-class musicians such as Alex Acuña, Abraham Laboriel, Iraida Noriega, Susana Harp or Enrique Nery; artist awarded by The Emmy Awards of the National Academy of Television Arts and Science & The New York Festivals.
Manuel Cázares, producer, arranger and Mazatlecan director, has won important awards such as the Grammy and the Billboard, and has worked with artists such as Juan Gabriel, Pepe Aguilar, Joan Sebastian, Vicente Fernández, Diana Reyes, Rocío Durcal, Alicia Villarreal, Alejandro Fernández, Lucero, Alberto Vázquez and José Feliciano.
Giovanni Figueroa has participated in the national jazz scene with great artists such as Víctor Patron, Mario Patron, Roberto Arballo “Betuco”, Enrique Nery, Agustín Bernal, Héctor Infanzón and Eugenio Toussaint. In addition, he has accompanied pop music stars such as Sebastián Yatram, Lila Downs, Juan Gabriel, Ha-Ash, Mijares and Eugenia León.
