The Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán, directed by José Ángel Tostado Quevedo, once again made a great artistic presentation as part of the “Summer Cultural Activation” program, a program promoted by the Mayor, Quimico Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres with the intention of promoting culture and the arts throughout the port.

From the imposing Malecon, with the beautiful sunset, citizens were able to enjoy the flavor and joy of the Folkloric Ballet of Cultura, who danced pieces such as “Las Indias”, “Gavilancillo”, “La Madrugada” and “Son de la Negra ”, And the participation of the Tremendo Mambo Academy with the bachata “No Moriré”.

In singing, the artists Mario Canela and Alejandro Pacheco, gave away a little of their talent to make the audience fall in love with individual performances and a duet, through songs such as “La Negra Noche”, “Besos Robados”, “El Triste”, ” Malageña ”, among others.

Maestro Luis Ornelas, along with his guitar and the voice of Anel Madai Leyva Sánchez, shared their quality and love for music with pieces such as “Que Salga El Sol”, “Amor De Mis Amores”, “Piensa en Mí”, “Dos Gardenias”, “Azul”, among others.

With all the prevention and health measures, the Mazatlecos who were close to the letters of Mazatlán, together with the Monument to the Family, were able to enjoy an afternoon full of dancing, singing, music and art, in one more presentation of this noble program that the Municipal Government continues to promote through Cultura.
