The Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán, seeking to offer events of quality and quantity that promote culture and the arts, through the Festival Cultural 2020 will add great free shows thanks to the Support Program for Cultural and Artistic Festivals (PROFEST) 2020 that Mazatlan has manages to obtain another year.
As the first activity of this program, the great concert “Paisajes Musicales” will be presented, a repertoire of Italian, Spanish, Latin American and Mexican songs, which will give life to the voices of Flor Estrada (Contraalto) and Mario Canela (Tenor), adding the talent of pianist Juan Pablo García.
For about an hour, the contralto and the tenor will cover songs ranging from the ancient Italian repertoire, classical Spanish musical pieces and the repertoire of Zarzuela, Argentine and Cuban Latin songs, and Mexican concert music by authors such as Consuelo Velázquez and María Grever.
The event will be held on Wednesday, November 11 at 7:30 p.m., at Casa Haas, it is free with limited capacity, tickets can be collected at the Angela Peralta Theater box office, from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 7 00 pm,, and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
