In order to support new singing talents and give them the opportunity to perform in front of the public, the soloist concert of the Ángela Peralta Choir “Noche de Tango” was held at Casa Haas.
The event led by maestra María Murillo, Director of the choral group, was accompanied by maestro Sergio Castellanos on the piano and took place before a warm and receptive audience that thanked each of the performances with applause.
The concert was nourished by the talent of the singers: Ángela Rodríguez, Luis García, Itzel Furichi, Yolanda Rodríguez, Rosa Delia Guevara, Julio Rochín, Yolanda Lizárraga and Paulina Soria.
The repertoire included: “Alguien le dice al tango”, “Tango de Amor”, “Fumando espero”, “Plegaria”, “Nada”, “El día que me quieras”, “Sombras”, “Danzas Nocturnas”, “Se dice de mí, “Cuando vuelva a tu lado”, “Madreselva”, “A media luz”, “Volver”, “Por una cabeza” and “Júrame”.
This event is part of the Festival Cultural Mazatlán 2023 organized and presented by the Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán.
It is worth mentioning that on Thursday, November 30th, the Ángela Peralta Choir will offer a zarzuela gala at the Mazatlán Orphanage in favor of this charitable institution.
