On its 2023 tour, the Sinaloa Youth Dance Company presents “Perpetuum Tempus” in Mazatlan this Sunday, March 19th at seven in the afternoon at the Ángela Peralta Theater.
The company invited by the Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán enriches the artistic proposal of Spring Season 2023. The work of Francisco Córdova presented by Danza Joven under the direction of Georgina Gutiérrez, is a co-production with the international company Physical Momemtum.
Through the language of contemporary dance, the dancers evoke what persists or manages to endure over time, such as human history, and allude not only to what is still standing, but also to absent architectures and bodies.
15 years after its premiere as a company, Danza Joven de Sinaloa is a solid and constant actor of artistic creation, faithful to the principles of contact and encouragement for all audiences, it is a platform and showcase for students, alumni and teachers of the Superior School de Danza de Sinaloa and professional organizations for the training of dancers.
Awarded for their performance on stage, Danza Joven de Sinaloa has had outstanding performances outside of Sinaloa and has not stopped developing artistic projects with national and international companies.
