The Municipal Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte will participate, for the first time, in Holi Fest 2019, with the stellar presentation of the Camerata Mazatlán.
It will be Sunday, April 28, starting at 3:00 p.m., at the Convention Center, when the musical group will participate with a great tribute to “Queen”.

Under the slogan “We Are All One”, Holi Fest Mazatlan will experience its fifth edition where they will seek to promote the values of communication, personal care, the conservation of the world and the oceans, all surrounded in an atmosphere with music, yoga and a color dust explosion to celebrate spring.
