This Saturday afternoon, the Delta Teatro group was once again part of the activities of Profest and the Festival Cultural Mazatlán 2020 through “Theater for young people: Animated Rock Monographs”, a presentation starring rock & roll legends embodied in life-size puppets.
The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Freddy Mercury, Bob Marley, Guns N ‘Roses, Metallica, Linda Perry (lead singer of 4 non blondes) and Pulpul (lead singer of Ska-p) performed a series of rock hymns from the Casa Haas stage like “Help”, “Purple haze”, “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “Redemption songs”, “Sweet child O ‘mine”, “Enter Sandman”, “What’s up?” or “El libertador”.
However, the magic that recreated the movements and styles of these musicians was all the time in the art of Alejandro López, Pablo Gastélum, Alibey Ponce and Iván Camargo, specialists in puppet theater who showed their talents in this function that was transmitted through the Facebook page: “Cultura TV”.
With this activity, the Festival Cultural Mazatlán 2020 continues to fulfill the task of the Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán dirigido por directed by José Ángel Tostado.
