This Thursday, another day of activities was held for the “Güilo Mentiras” Storytelling Festival, which has been taking place since last Monday through the Festival Cultural Mazatlán 2020, promoted by the Government of Mazatlán and the Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte.

Three experienced storytellers were part of the day, telling great stories, which have been part of the Mexican literary legacy.

First, maestra María Muñiz, taking advantage of the proximity to the celebration of the Day of the Dead, narrated the story of a “Shamana” woman, known for her gift of spirituality, who received a woman in her home eager to bring her son back from the dead, the “Shamana” ordered her to bring seven grains of wheat, from seven different families that have not suffered any loss, human or material, the lady went in her order and found no home free from suffering suffering. It was then that she understood the lesson and began to overcome the death of her son.

Later, from Mexico City, the actress and narrator Norma Torres, also devised the story of death, who fought to the end to entangle the Governor of a town in her web, but no matter how much she wanted to outwit him, did not succeed.

Finally, Argentinean Rodolfo Castro, experienced storyteller, enveloped the cibernauts with his great stories about animals, lice and love, with great dynamism, fun and spontaneity.

The activities of this Festival will continue today, , at 6:00 p.m. through the official Facebook page Cultura TV.
