Que León-Es! was successfully restarted, a Saturday program for the children of Mazatlán, who spent fun moments and healthy coexistence in the “Manuel Bonilla” Municipal Library, located in the Plaza de los Leones.

Ángela Camacho, the protagonist of this literary adventure, interacted with more than a dozen children who enjoyed the cleverly narrated stories.

The artist said she was grateful and surprised by the good response that ¡Que León-Es! had, since among the public there were parents who brought their children with the intention of initiating them into the exciting world of reading.

Camacho added that she hopes to have a good response in the coming weeks, since on May 13th she will perform at 11:00 a.m. at the same venue, and on Saturday, May 20th and 27th she will be at the “Carlos McGregor” Library located in the Benito Juarez neighborhood.

During ¡Que León-es! The little ones played riddles, then they narrated the stories of “Kikiropo” and the fable ‘Am, la gran araña tejedora”, from the Mayan culture that narrates the adventures of how the universe was built.
To finish with the creative part, the little ones built a spider in honor of “Am” according to their ability, each one giving their special touch to their creation.
