Members of the fourth generation of the Cinematography Diploma that is taught at the Municipal Center for the Arts and coordinated by maestro Julio Recinos, were celebrating in style when receiving the art coordinator at their facilities, Verónica Escobedo, and North American producer Eric Streit.

The Mazatlecan transmitted her knowledge in the film industry to the students, and talked about her experiences in movies and television series, such as the Netflix production “Narcos” that is part of her curriculum.

Verónica Escobedo recalled her time at the CMA in the screenplay and cinematographic appreciation workshop a few years ago with maestro Marco Lugo.

As a guest, American producer Eric Streit also participated, who has carried out projects for the Discovery Channel and fiction feature films such as “Windows to the World” that was filmed a few years ago in Mazatlán, starring the actor Edward James Olmos.

At the end of the conversation, the students participated in a question-and-answer dynamic that reinforced their interest in filmmaking.
