With a human vision of bringing art to those who do not come to cultural centers, this Thursday, May 4, the exhibition “Diálogo con el fuego” was inaugurated, an outdoor literary exhibition in Linear Park.
In collaboration with the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán, the Mazatlan poet Silvia Michel spreads poetry on public roads, a free expression through 20 poems that seek to understand the other in the roundness, the cardinal points and the love-nature cycle.
The urban poetic work is located on Óscar Pérez Escobosa avenue, between Carretera Internacional 15 and Cristobal Colón avenue, in front of a commercial plaza, where pedestrians can observe, contemplate and enjoy the poems printed and installed on metal structures.
Enrique Vega, Planning Director of the Mazatlán Instituto de Cultura, welcomed and introduced the artist. Afterwards, Silvia Michel thanked the paramunicipal for their participation and invited the attendees to take a tour and read the poems presented at each station.
